Personal Training & Strength and Conditioning
Every client starts with a consultation — a real conversation about your goals, your schedule, and where you're starting from, so your program is built around you from day one. No prior experience is needed — some clients are brand new to training, some are fitness enthusiasts gearing up for their next competition, and some are experienced trainers looking for further guidance, quality, and refinement in their training.
Training is available 1-on-1, either in-person at the gym in Plaza Midwood or online with the same level of programming and accountability. Nutrition guidance is included throughout, grounded in education rather than restriction — instead of a fixed meal plan, you'll learn the principles behind good nutrition, so the habits you build actually last.
